Our mission is to create a dynamic platform where we share leadership and career hacks for ambitious students and young professionals who want to lead in the areas they are passionate about, and to equip the Mozambican youth with soft skills to increase employability.

VISION

Our vision is for a platform where our audience is unified and any young person can come for assistance on career matters.
Our vision is to break down the barriers that prevent young Mozambicans from accessing scholarships, internships, and fulfilling work.
Our vision is for young people to have the tools they need to start and grow their careers before they leave university.

Community: A community is a social group where everyone looks after each other. It is important for us that YouLead be a safe and inclusive space, where any young person can ask for help without judgement, and the community will support them as best it can.
Distribution of knowledge: The team behind YouLead consists of young Mozambicans too. This means we understand the feeling of not knowing how to take the next step after graduation, and we are as keen to share our personal experiences with you as we are to hear your perspectives.
Personal development: Our lives are ours to make. Whether you are a creative, a STEM major, or a freelancer, there is always room for improvement and at YouLead, we believe in the power of investing in yourself, personally and professionally.
Inclusiveness: Mozambique (and the world) is made up of so many different demographics, which is why we prioritise making our content accessible to everyone regardless of gender, race, disability, or socio-economic background.
